Ashleigh - Yes Windows 7 background and taskbar/window glass additions thing is awesome xD - you can get 1/2 of that on Vista if you wish.

There's a program in that link that will allow you to have rotating backgrounds on Vista - so you're 1/2 way to Windows 7
